Why are my toes so cold no what matter? as soon as its lower than 75 degrees out even if im in the house (not cold at all) but still with socks on & my toes are never warm?? i dont feel cold at all i just dont understand why my toes are so cold?

I assume you're not a heavy smoker with severely blocked leg arteries. Your cold toes are most likely caused by vasoconstriction which restricts blood flow to the peripheral structures like toes,fingers,tip of nose. This is an effort of the body to shunt heat into the interior of your body. Low body fat&beta blockers can cause cold digits&some people just have chronic cold intolerance&cold digits
