Foot feeling hot: Hot flashes in your foot can be any of these: gout can cause a hot red swollen toe joint or ankle. It's rare for your age. Get a blood test check your uric acid level. A bad case of erruptive tinea pedis which is athlete's feet or fungus. Neuroma or imflamed nerve in the ball of your foot can also cause sharp radiating pain.
