Is it normal for our eyes to be making minuscule moments when recording eyes. very tiny movement. never rapid or jerky. extremely tiny. only happened a couple of times in a minute. doesnt happen when i focus on things? looks nothing like nystagmus?

One second rapid movement of eyes crossing then re focusing. Only happens when I look at my phone too long and its only happened a handful of times. Does not look like strabismus or nystagmus videos. Its very quick. Maybe less than a second even?

Is involuntary eye movement always nystagmus? Maybe once every few months when Im on my phone too long my eyes will flutter so fast, it lasts like 1/10th of a second and normal again. Its so fast. Looks nothing like nystagmus videos Ive seen?
