Is involuntary eye movement always nystagmus? maybe once every few months when im on my phone too long my eyes will flutter so fast, it lasts like 1/10th of a second and normal again. its so fast. looks nothing like nystagmus videos ive seen?

One second rapid movement of eyes crossing then re focusing. Only happens when I look at my phone too long and its only happened a handful of times. Does not look like strabismus or nystagmus videos. Its very quick. Maybe less than a second even?

Is it normal for our eyes to be making minuscule moments when recording eyes. Very tiny movement. Never rapid or jerky. Extremely tiny. Only happened a couple of times in a minute. Doesnt happen when I focus on things? looks nothing like nystagmus?
