A 47-year-old female asked:

Every few months my eyes will go out of focus/almost cross when looking at my phone too long. its so rapid (1/10th second) then they focus again. it doesnt look like any nystagmus or strabismus videos ive seen. its only a split second and rare?

What you described is not a cause for concern. Try to take short breaks when you have to look at your phone or other screen for a long time. Wish you good health!

I would also decrease phone time. You can get appts that will remind you to do this. And do it. May help..\
