Nystagmus: Nystagmus is when your eyes move and beat back and forth. If you are having trouble staying focused you should see an opthomologist.

Can be normal: Your eyes sometimes get tired of focusing particularly at the computer for long periods. Best to get up and walk around every hour or so to break up the focus. This is not nystagmus.
