I made a video of my eyes. for the most part they stay straight but they did have a little movement after i stared awhile. it was a small movement . it wasnt a jerk or rapid movement. is this nystagmus? when i focus on something they dont move?

One second rapid movement of eyes crossing then re focusing. Only happens when I look at my phone too long and its only happened a handful of times. Does not look like strabismus or nystagmus videos. Its very quick. Maybe less than a second even?
