Saw ophthalmologist 2x. i dont have nystagmus or other eye movement disorder. ,perfect vision and no other sx but eyes jerk for a split second at times.its so fast you could miss it.it.only happens when im focused on something small. what is it?

Rarely, symptoms that one sees at home may not be present upon examination in a Dr's office. Your best bet is to try to take a short selfie video of what your eyes do when they jerk. You can then show this to the Dr. Without seeing it themselves, the Dr's cannot diagnose a condition.

I made a video of my eyes. For the most part they stay straight but they did have a little movement after I stared awhile. It was a small movement . It wasnt a jerk or rapid movement. Is this nystagmus? When I focus on something they dont move?
One second rapid movement of eyes crossing then re focusing. Only happens when I look at my phone too long and its only happened a handful of times. Does not look like strabismus or nystagmus videos. Its very quick. Maybe less than a second even?
