Try...: If it is smallpox no more than 1 cm) you may try to use warm compresses for a few minutes there times a day and over the counter antibiotic ointment( for example Neosporin). If there is a lot of pus, redness, a large bump and pain then you will need to see your doctor or go to the urgent care for possible antibiotic treatment.
