Removal: This sounds more like an ectodermal cyst, where the contents are normal skin cells that accumulate inside. When you press to expell the contents you likely tear some surrounding blood vessels. This pattern is likely to continue until you have the cyst removed surgically.This can likely be done in the office under a local anesthetic.
