Eyes: One of the few ways one eye can be lower is if you have an orbital fracture and surely you would know if you had significant trauma. See your doctor. There are other rare conditions such as a tumor that can shift the position of your eye. A CT scan of your head could rule out tumor quickly. Speak with your doctor.
