You could have tension headache even without having titanium mesh. It is best to try relaxation techniques along with massage to help manage the situation in concert with your health care provider.

Full brain recovery following an acute episode of brain injury or disease typically maximizes at 18 months. There may or may not be residual minor persistent deficits. "Tension headaches" are not indicative of brain "damage", and can easily be managed in concert with your doctor.
