You need to be seen: Craniotomy incision should not be leaking on & off three years after surgery. This is an indication of either a chronic infection or a chronic cerebrospinal fluid leak. It may or may not be related to your vision. The leakage needs to be looked at and must be stopped with further treatment. You must see a neurosurgeon to help you.
