Twitches and cramps all over the body for coming up 2 years very worried about als even after a clean emg last month could it still be als that could come on later or is 2 years usually long enough that i would have showing more symptoms by now ?

ALS is a progressive steadily worsening disease and this is not your description. Perhaps instead, you possess benign fasciculations but the “twitches” make me wonder about Tourette’s. Consider a virtual consult here at HT (www.connect@healthtap.com)
