I assume you've been examined & advised by a neurologist. If you have been and aren't satisfied with the diagnosis or advice, consult a neurologist with a special interest in neuromuscular disorders at the department of neurology at a university hospital near you. Bring all test results in order to avoid unnecessary duplicate testing.

From your post, it appears that no neuromuscular disease has been revealed. At this point, handle your fears via appropriate counseling. Have found cognitive-behavioral therapy and biofeedback therapy to be of great value.

How thorough was your blood work? How related for electrolytes? There are many important electrolytes that are important for muscle function. Once ruled out other recommendations should be considered
