As in my previous reply, yes: epididymitis usually is very painful with swollen testicle. If due to STD, usually there is penile discharge, and symptoms usually start within a few days of infection. STD is an uncommon cause at your age, more likely a non-STD urinary tract infection. Testicular pain without swelling, tenderness, etc usually is not epididymitis. See a urologist. Good luck.

yes. the testicle and epidyid. both get swollem. It tkes 3-4 weeks to get better- depending on if caught early or late. It may not be related to your having sex
