If you've been absolutely symptom free for a week, I agree you should be OK to visit. However, if I were visiting in an extended care facility rather than a separate apartment, I'd wear a mask for extra measure. As an example, we would restrict you from visiting our cancer center for 3 weeks as a matter of policy.

Hello! Found out my mother was taking paxlovid incorrectly for covid. She was taking 1 pill in the AM and evening, and not all 3. Its day 6 now and she is 100% better, and went to work. She ok to not take the rest? Still infectious? No symptoms?
