Traveling can cause an individual to lose more water than normal and lead to drinking less water than normal. Combining this with richer/fattier food consumption, and less fiber/fruit/veggie consumption and these can all lead to constipation. Make a concerted effort to drink more water than normal, eat fiber rich foods, and if needed take along a natural senna based laxative.
