Biopsy analyzed by the director, head and neck pathology at sloan as well as their chief, cytology services/hematopathologist (fair diagnosis). 2nd biopsy taken 10 dys later and analyzed by another hospital (poor diagnosis). what should next step be?

Each of those two biopsies should have been reviewed by second pathologists in the lab. In special situations the slides are sent to another academic center of reknown. You can request this as well.
