My neck is still stiff ten days after a thyroid fna. is that normal? hurts more if i turn my head left also (biopsy was done on left side).

No, it is not: You should contact and inform your doctor. There should be no pain after a regular fna. It is possible there was some bleeding or more trauma than normally. Your doctor can check it and give you some pain medication, if needed.
