I went to the hospital for neck and head problems i had an mri on my head and ct scan of my face and neck they said everything was ok but im scared that didnt want to tell i had life threatening problems because i was scared can they withhold info?

No.: You should have been told and obtained an after hospital summary that has all the tests and reports. Also, you should be able to sign in to a patient portal from the hospital that also would have a summary,tests and results of your recent visit.
