I hit my head yesterday after fainting i have a lump on my head and have headache and neck pains my legs and hip also is in pain shall i go hospital?

Not emergency: It does not seem emergency since 24 hours have passed and you are completely alert. However do see you primary doctor. All the symptoms are likely to resolve in 2-3 weeks. Some times they last longer and require medications to control.
