You do not need to test again because it may remain positive for weeks in some cases. 10 days after the first day of symptom onset, you are no longer transmitting the virus.

Test again at day 10 to 14. PCR testing is highly accurate, but may remain positive for some time. Avoid contact with susceptible individuals until test negative and well. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, prolonged cough and fever.
