Does being on nexium,an nsaid and allopurinol affect the results of a cardiac stress test ,or they can be taken normally? and do you think having a stress test 5 weeks after testing + for covid will be accurate,or will the covid fatigue influence it?

No and yes: The above mentioned meds should not interfere with the stress test, however having a recent COVID infection may interfere with the stress test in different ways, depending on the extent of the infection and overall recovery.
