Sure: Absolutely. This is the standard some sports leagues are using to return to play. However a rapid test is inaccurate for both positives and negatives, so if one is a rapid test, that can confuse the question. If the PCR test is negative, that's good. If not a false negative, it could mean you're no longer contagious.
