Fully covid vax'd, last booster nov '21. completed blood test for sars cov 2 ab (igg) spike, semi qn and it came back positive at 14.87 (ref range 1+) is this high number due to a recent covid infection or from being boosted last november?

The number only tells us that you have been exposed to spike protein. It does not differentiate between COVID vaccination & natural infection. Antibody levels differ from person to person. So unfortunately, this result tells you nothing that you don't already know.
