A member asked:

Im 63 yrs old i have a testicle that never came down into the sack been living with this yrs had a perfectly healthy family with one testicle been to urologist in the past doesnt bother me just annoying sometimes any thought to this question?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Such testicles are usually removed in the firs and second decades of life, or brought down surgically in early childhood for the chances of them developing cancer are high. At your age chances of that are near 0. However I would recommend a yearly visit with a Urologist to keep an eye on it. Good luck
