Hi. hes my brother. we have done several tests like l spine mri, lumbosacral mri, they all showed nothing but hes currently experiencing stiff neck, becoming slimmer, unable to move his hands and legs as he wants. what do you think its the issue?

He had MRI done so examination had been done before that. You should trust what the neurologist told him. If your brother has not been evaluated by a neurologist, he needs to see one.
