Abdominal us with this result echogenic lesion 9 mm involving the lower pole of the left kidney. this could potentially represent angiomyolipoma, however, lrecommend dedicated ct with renal mass protocol for confirmation. what does this mean?

They cannot tell what it is on US. Could be anigomylipoma a tumor of fat and blood vessels. And to give better idea of what it is the USDr recommended CT to learn more. Discuss with your Drs there who know you.
