A member asked:

I always feel "strange" . like im going to become allergic to things i eat or my mouth feels "funny". bloodwork all came back great. anxiety?

Possibly yes: All things considered, perhaps you've learned over time to associate uncomfortable physiological sensations to certain foods. The key here is to identify and monitor cognitions (thoughts) associated with these sensations when they occur. Write these thoughts down in the moment; in a nutshell, yes emotional conditioning has likely occurred but can easily be reversed.
