Were your wife or partner diagnosed with HELLP syndrome at the end of pregnancy? If yes, those elevated liver enzymes will normalize eventually. If the pregnancy was completely normal and this abnormal liver test is new, she needs to see a gastroenterologist.

If she gained more than usual amount of weight, losing weight is imperative. The enzyme levels are only minimally elevated and there is not immediate danger.
