26/F- 48hr holter monitor: 7hrs 30mins bradycardia, 6hrs 16mins tachycardia. 3 VEB, 2 in couplets. 866 SVE, 4 in couplets. 3 dropped beats w/ longest R-R interval 2.4secs. Sinus rhythm. Heart rate got to 154 while standing around. Results normal?

Heart palpitations, wore holter monitor for 10 days nothing happened during that time results were normal sinus rhythm. last night had rapid heartbeat felt in middle of chest BP was 154/88 high for me but is normal now 120/72. Is this atherosclerosis?
