I took miralax once in 17 grams (recommended dosage), and stopped 6 days ago, and still have flatulence and bloated stomach and very painful stomach until now which is the 6th day, as well as weight gain. is that normal? how can i stop those symptoms?

Those symptoms may not be the side effects of a single miralax dose 6 days ago, especially the weight gain. I suggest light diet and take 10 cc of mylanta or any antacid + simethicone before each meal and at bedtime at the same time for a couple days.
