You do not need to see a doctor for those symptoms. If you do not have the urge to go, just eat light and drink well in the next 24 hours. If you have the urge to go but you can't, you can take one dose of laxative OTC such as a bottle of milk of magnesia (MOM). You only need to see a doctor if you have fever and significant abdominal pain.
