Many things: Symptoms of gallbladder disease: bloating, pain in abdomen, indigestion. Symptoms of acid reflux: indigestion bloating, burning in upper abdomen. Symptoms of colon problem: inconsistent stools, abdominal swelling. So, it is best to check with your physician who can dissect the problem for you.
