Ive been having persistent nausea, lightheadedness, decreased appetite, fatigue, and such for months now. i have also had odd stools, sometimes with excess mucus and almost always have odd little round things in them. not tapeworm pieces, but unsure?

Diagnoses to consider are reflux with or without H pylori, gluten intolerance vs celiac disease, other food intolerances( soy , dairy, eggs) . You can eliminate the food item ( gluten) for 10-14 days from the diet and see if there is a difference. May also be inflammatory bowel disease or ovarian pathology. Follow up with gastroenterology. May need endoscopy/colonoscopy and CT scans, or MRCP

In addition to Dr. G's advice, I recommend seeing your PCP or a specialist in internal medicine who'll take a thorough history & system review, perform a complete physical examination & order pertinent lab work to check for anemia,iron deficiency or thyroid disorder among other things.
