: The best check for pneumonia is one done during a review of your symptoms and history followed by an exam. If the doc found no evidence of pneumonia, with no subsequent change in symptoms to suggest otherwise I don't think it is reasonable to worry about pneumonia. Follow-up with your doc if/when anything changes for the worst.
