Is my thyroid level okay? 27f 5'4 109lbs. ft4 is 0.79 ng/dl, tsh 3.31 uiu/ml. (tested day 3 of cycle) are my thyroid levels are normal or optimal? i heard tsh above 2.5 might not be optimal for women? should i get tested for antithyroid antibodies?

You did not state what prompted your health care provider to order thyroid function test. Free T4 and TSH levels are in normal range. Your provider is to decide any further testing depending upon clinical scenario.
