50 y.o female with normal tsh, normal free t4 , normal tpo but elevated antithyroglobulin antibody ( 112.69 iu/ml) where normal range should be under 4.11 what does this mean ? thank you?

Your body is making antibodies against thyroglobulin, Tends to run in families. Called Hasimoto's depending on you history. Many need thyroid some day. Discuss with Dr who knows about this in Romania as I recall it is a high goiter area as well.
