There are many details needed that are missing to address your concerns. I suggest you speak to a doctor that can see the entire picture. The lab valves need actual numbers and need to be correlated with the physical examination. I wish you well

I agree with Dr. R's advice. Your high Hct & high number of immature platelets may be from bone marrow stimulation caused by pulmonary disease and resection. High alk phos is seen with liver or bone pathology which may be cancer related. High alk phos is also seen in certain hematological malignancy. Your hemeoncologist is best to advise you.
