Does a cancerous breast lump always feel solid and painless? mine is a little soft, rubbery and painless but never changed in shape or size. only one grandmother had breast cancer (survived) and menstrual bleeding stopped almost a week ago?

Your breast lesion is likely a cyst but it should be checked out by you family doctor. Either mammogram or ultrasound should be done.
