Breast Lump: A bleeding and pus-filled breast lump may well represent an abscess, but it is best to make an appointment with your doctor immediately to undergo a complete evaluation and treat the problem. Cancer at your age is unusual, but it does happen in some cancer families or some patients with certain "cancer genes" such as brca1.

Possible: It is not a common symptom, but possible. You should see your primary care doctor and let them know of your concerns.
