What could be causing bilateral dull heavy aches and pains in both arms especially back of my elbows and into hands. i havent injured myself or lifted anything heavy etc. its a persistent ache for couple of days now?

I answered your other question. Just use ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 2-3 tablets with foods every 8 hours as needed for 2-3 days as a trial. If pain persists, you should see a rheumatologist.

Right arm aches and burns. Shoulder elbow wrist and hand hurt on and off. Look and feel normal. Muscle pains too.line of pain switches front to back.
Left arm aching for two months. Pain in different areas (fingers, hand, palm, forearm and elbow). Doesnt occur in more than one area simultaneously. Mild. Comes and goes. Fingers include index, thumb, ring. Not left-handed. Possible causes? Tests?
