I have rashes on both hands( dorsal side of palm) , itchiness, little swollen. it occurred last year as well, then i visited a dermatologist and got relief. but this year it occurred again. what should i do?

The location and symptoms are consistent with contact dermatitis. Steroid cream will relieve the symptom but you should recall the activity or exposure which is the culprit so you can avoid a recurrence. If there are blisters, porphyria needs to be ruled out.
