Got a rash that started off with a small patch on my hand, its been over a year now and the rash has spread almost all over my body. it tends to get very itchy in heat?

Rash: It is almost impossible for us here on health tap to tell what the rash is because we can't see it. We also don't know what OTC or prescription medication to recommend for this rash. Your best bet is to go to the doctor and get specific treatment for this rash.

Evaluation: There are a number of conditions such as fungal infection, allergic dermatitis, etc which can cause similar symptoms. You should see your doctor for evaluation. It is difficult to know the cause without an examination.
