I have had a very itchy rash on the back of my right hand for the past several days. its a cluster of raised red bumps. any ideas for relief?

Try hydrocortisone : Try over the counter Hydrocortisone cream. Contact allergy, insect bites and the like will generally respond. If the rash looks infected however, the cream will not help.
