Did neilmed nasal rinse. while doing it i held my breathe and exhaled while the water was passing through my nose. when i did, it caused a pressure push on/out of both ears and i felt them pop. can this cause damage? is the water still in my ears?

Most likely there is no ear condition associated, but if you experience ear pain,fever or cough, please see your physician. Sinusitis is often associated with otitis media.
