Does eyelid cancer show a bump or sore of some kind, or would some eyelashes missing be all there is to see? my eyelid looks normal but some hairs on the outer corner of right upper lid are missing? do i need to be concerned about this being cancer?

Rarely, skin cancer of the eyelid can cause localized lash loss but the skin on the eyelid won't be intact and you should recognize the lesion at that area. If your eyelid looks normal, you should be fine, the lashes will grow back.
