Universal symptom: Stuffy nose and nasal congestion are universal symptoms that everyone on planet Earth has, and can be caused by hundreds of different viruses, plus many other causes. That means such symptoms do not represent any one particular virus. If worried about an exposure to HIV, one should talk with her primary care doctor, and also follow her workplace guidelines for possible infectious disease exposure.
