Oraquick: accurate, but as for every test there is limitation, a positive test means that an antibody against HIV is detected; However more test is needed to confirm it, a negative test does not rule HIV , specially if the test is performed during the window period of HIV detection ( window period: first 6 weeks after HIV infection, when there is not enough antibody is produced for the test to detect it)
